Sierra Murphy is a visual artist from Urbana, IL. She studied art therapy with emphases in drawing and printmaking at Millikin University. She has recently shown work in events such as Urbana Art Expo, Paper Trail 2, Untitled, and she was selected for 40 North’s MTD art program.
My art is about perceiving unlimited things with limited scope. In my work I explore the effects of depth and darkness on natural scenes and the human form.
